We buy from the same growers every season, process in our own facility, and ship nothing we haven’t tested. Spec sheets for each grade are in the catalogue.

Saffron

Hand-picked at dawn, stigmas separated the same morning, dried within hours. Every lot carries an ISO 3632 lab report for colour, taste and aroma strength.

Pistachios

Hulled and dried within 24 hours of picking, then sorted by size, split rate and colour. Raw, roasted and salted in-shell, or as green and blanched kernels.

Dates

Soft Mazafati travels frozen at −18 °C to arrive as it left the palm. Semi-dry Piarom and dry Zahedi ship at ambient temperature and keep for a year.

Transit times are typical for 2026 sailings and exclude customs clearance at destination. Your quote states the booked vessel and the documents we provide: bill of lading, phytosanitary certificate, certificate of origin and lab report.

Every lot leaves with its own certificate.

We test in our own lab and have each export lot re-tested by an accredited third party. If a lot fails, it doesn’t ship; you never receive the paperwork for a problem.
