What a Base Rate Covers, and What It Doesn't

A base rate is the start of an estimate, not the final fee. What it includes, what we quote separately and what is added only by agreement.

Our rate card lists base prices for packages and single services. They are the basis of an initial estimate. The final fee, schedule, deliverables and revisions are set in the proposal or contract, once the brief and the size of the project are clear.

01Quoted after we review the brief

Some work can't be priced from a list. 3D design, motion, AI-based services, software systems and complex projects are quoted after we review the brief and the size of the project.

02Not included unless agreed

Tax, printing and physical production, photography, videography, extensive copywriting and content production, font purchase and licences, hosting and domain, and development outside the agreed scope are added only when they are stated in the final proposal or contract.

03Revisions and rush work

Each package sets its number of revision rounds, two or three. A new direction or out-of-brief requests are charged separately. When the team has capacity, a rush schedule costs 25–40% more.

04Validity and ownership

A rate card or proposal is valid for 14 days, unless the contract says otherwise. Usage rights transfer once the fee is paid in full; trademark review is separate.
