Growth Without Guesswork: A Funnel Checklist

Five questions to ask of every stage of your funnel before you spend another unit of budget on traffic.
More traffic rarely fixes a funnel. Before increasing spend, it pays to check whether each stage is doing its one job. These are the questions we ask in every discovery session.
01Do we know what each stage is for?
Awareness, consideration, conversion and retention need different messages and different metrics. If one page is trying to do all four, it is probably doing none of them well.
02Is the next step obvious?
Every touchpoint should have one primary action. Count the competing calls to action on your key pages; more than one is usually too many.
03Are we testing or guessing?
A change without a hypothesis and a sample size is an opinion. Agree what a meaningful result looks like before you run the test.
04Is search reading us correctly?
Semantic SEO means structuring content around the questions people ask, so search engines understand what each page answers.
05What happens after the first purchase?
Automated, rule-based follow-up turns a single sale into a relationship. If nothing happens after checkout, that is the cheapest growth you are leaving behind.
